much does the Campaign Management Software cost?
I
have three computers in my Campaign Office, will your software work
over a network?
I like what I
see, but I want to make sure I know about all of the bells and whistles

that any computer program I purchase will have problems, and the last
thing I need to deal with is problems with my Computer Software.
I can get most of this information for free, why should
I buy it?
How long does training last?
The demonstration software seems to do what I need to do,

How
much does the Campaign Management Software cost?
The
CMS has a sliding price structure, the pricing is based off of total
number of records, registered voters, in your district. If you have
a small number of records, your cost will be substantially less than
that of someone whom has a larger number of records

have three computers in my Campaign Office, will your software work
over a network?
Our
software was designed with the Campaign Office in mind, therefore we
can easily set up your office network to run CMS off of multiple computers.
We also have constructed the software as to allow larger campaigns to
run the software at multiple campaign offices, all while using only
one database
I
like what I see, but I want to make sure I know about all of the bells
and whistles
We
will gladly come to your office and give you a demonstration, which
will provide you an opportunity to see all aspects of the software,
and ask questions. When you decide to purchase the CMS, we will come
and install the software and give you and your staff an in-depth training.
I
am worried that any computer program I purchase will have problems,
and the last thing I need to deal with is problems with my Computer
Software.

I
can get most of this information for free, why should I buy it?
Our
software generates several reports which have taken years to perfect,
our voter database is extremely clean, i.e. if someone moved out of
the district, they are not on the voter rolls anymore. Additionally
most of the information you get for free does not compile everything
you need in one easy to use system.
How
long does training last?
When
we perform training, we have no set time limit on the length. Sometimes
training last an hour, sometimes it can last four, it all depends on
when you and your staff reach a comfort level with our software packages
The
demonstration software seems to do what I need to do, are there any
additional features?
We
have several features that are not included in the free demonstration
software. To briefly highlight, we have a barcode feature, which allows
you to scan in data from walk and phone sheets, as opposed to typing
it in, we also have a PDA interface, allowing you to download walk/phone
sheets onto your Palm OS PDA, we offer many other features as well.
I
am running for office, but I do not have a lot of money, do you sell
mail labels?
We
offer walk sheets, phone sheets, mail labels, and mail files for purchase.
Sometimes, when you are running on a limited budget you cannot afford
to purchase a software package, but you still need to send out targeted
mailing, and make targeted phone calls. At ELECT we understand that,
and we will create any mail file you need, based off of any criteria
you give us.
I
like your software, but I have my own list that I have used for many
years, can I keep my list?
As
long as your list is in electronic format, we will be able to convert
it into a useable format, with no loss of information that you have
been building for many years. Although, my expeirnec tells me a clean
list is not only useful for precinct walking and phone calling, but
will also save you money on mailings. I would strongly encourage you
to weigh the benefits of your old list against the cost of continuing
to use your list. If you are concerned that you may lose valuable information,
remember that our software offers unlimited user defined fields, so
all of that information you have will be transferable into our software.
A
lot of software firms keep win/loss records what is yours?
We
do not keep win/loss records because we not only sell our software to
candidates embattled in hotly contested races, but we also will not
refuse to sell software to long shot candidates. Our company has been
successful for many years because our software helps candidates win
elections, helps candidates raise money, and helps candidates stay in
office once they win.
Are
you a partisan company?
We
will sell our software to any candidate who needs it, and we will not
alter the price software or service based on your party affiliation.
An independent candidate will get the same software, same technical
support, same training, and same price as a Democrat or Republican candidate.
How
does your software get the ethnicity tags?
Our list comes with ethnic
tags for the vast majority of the voters. These tags are based on two
criteria, the voters surname, as well as census track data. There will
be very few voters without an ethnicity tag on them, these individuals
are not tagged because we cannot be absolutely certain as to their ethnicity
Does
your list include phone numbers?
Our list includes phone numbers.
These phone numbers are gathered from either the voter card from the
county clerk, or are matched off of several national phone lists.
I
have viewed the demonstration software, but I was wondering if you can
add a feature for me?
Our success as a company originates
from our customer service. If you have a suggestion for us we will certainly
take it under serious consideration. A lot of the features we have today
originated from users like yourself, who wanted the software to perform
more to personal needs.
I
need a web site, do you guys do that?
We do not build web sites.
Our company designs and maintains Campaign Management and Fundraising
Software, in order to provide superior customer service, and constantly
improve our software, we do not design web sites.
How
will the Chicago Bears do this season?
The Bears will win the NFC
North, win the NFC Championship game and soundly defeat the Tennessee
Titans in the Super Bowl, all the while not losing a single game,
completing the first perfect season since the 72 Dolphins, and winning
19 games, the most of any NFL team ever.
